We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
